Creating an API Token in Fastly

You can add your Fastly CDN account to Flumotion Smart Multi CDN and use it with your services. To add Fastly as one of your CDN providers, you need to create an API token in your Fastly account.

To create an API token:

1. Sign in to your Fastly account.
2. Navigate to Account settings by opening the user dropdown and selecting Account.
3. Select the API Tokens tab.
4. Click Create Token.
5. Fill out the new token form:

• Name – For example, flumotion-smart-multicdn-api-token.Type – Select Automation token.TLS management – Check Grant access to modify TLS configuration.Scope – Check Global API access.Access – Select All services.Expiration – Select Never expire.

6. Click Create Token.

Save the generated token and enter it when adding your Fastly CDN account to Flumotion Smart Multi CDN here.
