A Domain is the hostname that end users use to access your content.
For example, if your website is available at https://www.example.com, the domain name is www.example.com.
When you create a service, you are required to provide a Domain. After the service has been created, you can add additional Domains as needed.
When defining a Domain, make sure that the domain name has a matching certificate that has already been created. For more information about certificates, see the Managing Certificates page.
If your service has multiple Origins, you also need to define a Domain Mapping when adding a Domain. The Domain Mapping determines how traffic from the Domain is routed to the appropriate Origin.
