Updating a CDN Account #
Once a CDN account has been added to Flumotion Smart Multi CDN, you can update the following information:
- New credentials – You can update your CDN account with new credentials. However, it is important that the new credentials belong to the exact same CDN account. If you wish to switch to a different CDN account, you must first delete the current account, including its associated CDN configuration, and then add the new account.
- Commitment – You can specify or update the traffic commitment associated with the CDN provider.
To update a CDN account:
- Select the CDN Providers tab.
- Navigate to the CDN account you would like to modify and click the Options button (three dots).
- Select Update to update the credentials or Update commitment to modify the CDN commitment.
Deleting a CDN Account #
A CDN account can be removed from Flumotion Smart Multi CDN if it is no longer needed. Before removing a CDN account, you must first remove it from all services where it is currently being used.
To remove a CDN account:
- Select the CDN Providers tab.
- Navigate to the CDN account you would like to remove and click the Options button (three dots).
- Select Delete to remove the CDN account.
