User Management

You can manage the users who have access to your account and define the permissions assigned to each user.

Adding a User #

To add a new user to your account:

1. Navigate to the Account page.
2. In the sidebar, select User Management.
3. Click the Invite button.
4. In the Email field, enter the email address of the new user.
5. Click the Arrow button.
6. From the Role dropdown, select the appropriate permission level for the user.
7. Click Apply.

Once created, the new user will appear in the list of users.

The new user will receive an invitation email to join your account. Please note that the email invitation is valid for 24 hours. If the invitation expires, you can re-invite the user.

Reset User Password #

To reset the password for an existing user:

1. Navigate to the Account page.
2. In the sidebar, select User Management.
3. Find the user whose password you want to reset and click the Options dropdown next to their name.
4. Select Reset Password from the dropdown.
5. Click Approve.

Once approved, a password reset email will be sent to the user. The user should follow the instructions in the email to reset their password.

Enabling MFA #

Users can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for their individual accounts.

To enable MFA:

1. Navigate to the Account page.
2. In the sidebar, select MFA Setup.
3. On your mobile device, open your Multi-Factor Authentication application and scan the QR code.
4. Follow the instructions in your authentication application until you receive an authentication code.
5. Enter the code in the Authentication Code field and click Apply.

Once MFA is enabled, each time you log in, you will be required to generate a one-time authentication code on your mobile device and enter it during the login process.

Enforce MFA #

The Enforce MFA feature ensures that all users within an account are required to enable and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging in.

This helps strengthen account security by preventing users who have not configured MFA from accessing the account.

Once Enforce MFA is enabled:

• All users in the account are required to use MFA when logging in.
• Users cannot bypass the MFA requirement.
• Existing users who have not yet configured MFA must complete the MFA setup before they can access the account.

This ensures consistent enforcement of strong authentication across all users in the account.
