Content Manager

At Flumotion, we are looking for a Content Manager to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day management of audiovisual content within a digital platform.
You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of audiovisual assets, from initial delivery and ingestion through to publication, cataloguing, metadata management, and broadcasting rights, ensuring that content is correctly managed and presented across the platform.
Important: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in audiovisual content management and CMS platforms.
What you'll do day to day
✓ Receive and ingest audiovisual masters and content into the platform.
✓ Perform technical and legal quality checks before content is published.
✓ Manage and apply content restrictions, including territorial and age-based restrictions.
✓ Normalize, edit, and maintain content metadata, including bulk editing when required.
✓ Create and manage thematic collections and keep the catalogue up to date throughout its lifecycle.
✓ Write and edit titles, descriptions, and promotional copy for audiovisual content.
✓ Verify the correct presentation of subtitles in all required languages and audio description when applicable.
✓ Manage content- or system-related incidents, responding efficiently to help ensure service continuity.
What we're looking for
Experience and technical skills
✓ At least 2 years of proven experience in the operational management of audiovisual content.
✓ A degree in Audiovisual Communication or an equivalent qualification.
✓ Hands-on experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) specifically for audiovisual content.
✓ Knowledge or experience in content ingestion, publication, and digital content lifecycle management.
✓ Experience in cataloguing and maintaining content metadata.
✓ Ability to perform quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency of published information.
✓ Hands-on experience and confidence using collaborative work suites and tools.
✓ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in digital environments.
✓ Professional proficiency in Spanish, Valencian, and English is essential.
Nice to have
⭐ Experience working with audiovisual platforms, streaming services, or OTT environments.
⭐ Knowledge of digital content rights and restriction management.
⭐ Experience with audiovisual accessibility, including subtitles and audio description.
⭐ Experience in editorial curation and digital content catalogue management.
