# OpenTelemetry

**Flumotion Smart Multi CDN** supports **OpenTelemetry** through a dedicated OTEL forwarder.

The integration uses the **IO River OTEL Forwarder** to collect metrics and statistics from your services and send them to **OTLP-compatible observability platforms**, such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, and other compatible tools.
