QA Tester Sr.

Main responsibilities:	Participate in the Requirements review Define the Test strategy Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the stress tests the integration tests the acceptance tests Redact the Tests Reports Collaborate with developers in the Debug phase Investigate and improve process and tools
Responsibilities of the QA Test team include: Verify and validate the product releases Streaming Server Streaming Platform Web applications Advise marketing and development on quality aspects Collaborate in the whole development process Plan, track and meet the agreed goals Provide relevant information on the product quality

Lead Generation Executive

Main responsibilities:	Identify prospective clients by using prospect lists, internet resources, following leads from existing clients and leads generated from Flumotion web site and trade shows Outbound calling in order to introduce the company portfolio of services and product Work independently to generate new business in specific geographic areas Meet or exceed establish monthly new leads quota Maintain updated CRM of the company, introduce the information of the new contacts and help on marketing campaigns

Online Product Manager

Main responsibilities:	Promote product and vision, internally and externally as business owner for the product As an owner of the product you participate in strategy discussions for product roadmap (requirement, features, and functionality) Build the online strategy to generate lead generation: Empowering the website (design, documentation, information....) Online Advertising: Online Marketing Campaigns (email, social networking, blogs, search engine (SEM and SEO), and affiliate marketing) Assess website traffic patterns, user behavior to inform web design and maximize conversion rates (CTR, CVR, CPL, etc.) Maintain awareness of market conditions (emerging segments, technology trends, competition etc); oversee market research; develop strong marketing and product responses Build and manage new partners relationship Support the Sales and Marketing team by providing updated information and tools about the product Participate in customer calls/?market visits to monitor new product introductions and to identify business-building opportunities Participate in industry events – trade shows, industry groups (demos, discussion, presentation, conference...)
